Open a migration ticket with your old host's SFTP/FTP details, or upload a backup of your files. We never need your account password.

We move & test

We copy your world, mods and configs, fix ports and paths, start it and check players can join. Your old server stays up until you're happy.

Switch over

Share the new address with your players (or point your domain at it) and cancel the old host.

What we need from you

  • The game and version (and modpack name if any)
  • SFTP/FTP host, port, username and a temporary password for the old server, or a zip of its files
  • Which world/save to carry over (if there are several)
  • Anything you want changed on the way (new name, wipe, different map)

Good to know

  • Migrations are free for any paid plan, as many servers as you like.
  • Typical turnaround is a few hours; large modpacks can take up to 24.
  • Your new server is yours from the moment you order; the migration lands on it, so nothing is lost if you change your mind.
