Your billing account (this site) and your game panel account are separate logins. Use a strong, unique password for each.
Turn on two-factor authentication in both: Account → Security here, and your account settings on the game panel.
Use panel sub-users instead of sharing your password.
We will never ask for your password in a ticket or email.
