If a renewal invoice is still unpaid 5 days after its due date, the server is automatically suspended. It stops and you cannot start it from the panel, but your files are kept.
When you pay the overdue invoice, the server is unsuspended automatically. Then open the panel and press Start.
Services that stay unpaid long-term may eventually be removed. Contact us before then if you need more time.
