SFTP is the best way to upload large files such as worlds, maps and mod packs.

In FileZilla, enter sftp://wing.node3.apservers.com as the host and 2022 as the port. The SFTP username is different for each server, so copy it from that server's Settings page.
Sub-users can connect with their own panel login if they have been given file permissions.
