Your server address is in your welcome email, on the service page in the client area, and at the top of the server in the game panel. It looks like 185.150.189.189:10001 (IP:port).
How you connect depends on the game. Each game's category has a dedicated guide:
- ARK: Survival Ascended: find your server in the Unofficial browser by its name, or use the console command
open IP:port. - Rust: press F1 in-game and run
client.connect IP:port. - Arma Reforger: search the server browser for your server name, or use Direct Join with IP:port.
- Valheim: Join Game → Add Server → IP:port, or use the in-game server list (crossplay servers also show a join code in the console).
- Minecraft Bedrock: Play → Servers → Add Server, then enter the IP and port separately.
Can't see your server? Make sure it is running in the panel and the console shows it has finished loading. A first start can take several minutes.
