Minecraft Java: Operators, whitelist and server.properties Print

  • minecraft, op, whitelist, server.properties, gamemode
  • 0

  • Make yourself OP: in the panel Console, run op YourMinecraftName.
  • Whitelist: run whitelist on, then whitelist add Name for each player.
  • server.properties: edit it in Files for MOTD, difficulty, gamemode, view-distance, PvP, max-players, spawn protection and more. Restart to apply. The port is managed by the panel; leave it alone.
  • Upload your own world: stop the server, upload the world folder, set level-name in server.properties to the folder name, start.

Server-side optimisation: Paper's config/paper-global.yml and paper-world-defaults.yml, plus spigot.yml and bukkit.yml, control performance settings.
